      William S. Hart Jr. of Newburgh, died Tuesday, February 6, 2007 at St. Luke's Cornwall Hospital, Newburgh Campus. He was 41. Son of the late William S. Hart, Sr. and Annie Mae Bouyer, he was born June 9, 1965 in Newburgh, N.Y. A U.S. Army veteran, he was a self-employed private contractor for Halliburton Corp. in Houston, Texas. He attended Newburgh Public Schools. His most current employment was as a Civilian Contractor in Germany. Survivors include one son, William S. Hart III of Binghamton, N.Y.; two sisters, Yvonne Hart of Bowie, Md. and Ruth Coates of Mitchellville, Md.; granddaughter, Veronica Hart, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends. There will be no visitation. Funeral services will be Wednesday, February 14, at 11 a.m. in New Hope Missionary Baptist Church, 20 Briggs Way, Newburgh, N.Y., with the Rev. Dr. Coleman Biggs officiating. Interment will be at Orange County Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Goshen, N.Y. Rhodes Funeral Homes, 259 Walsh Ave., New Windsor, N.Y. have been entrusted with professional arrangements.
