She was the wife of the late Patrick J. Bardin, who died December 27, 1970. Mary was born December 6, 1915, in Newburgh, N.Y., the daughter of the late Snyder J. and Emma L. (Lamb) Gage. Mary was an active volunteer for more than 30 years with the American Red Cross, Hanover Hospital PA and VNA/Hospice. Mary is survived by a son, David S. Bardin, Sr. and his wife Joyce of New Oxford; a daughter, Linda J. Wheeler and her husband Paul of Hanover; a son, Stephen A. Bardin and his wife Patricia of Walden, N.Y.; a son, Michael J. Bardin and his wife Diana of Oceanside, Calif.; 16 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by a son, Richard P. Bardin; a daughter, Patricia A. Sharp; a grandson, Peter Sharp; and a great-grandson, Adam Burbach. Funeral services will be private and at the convenience of the family.Memorial contributions may be made to VNA/Hospice, 440 N.
