Smith, founders of Smith Shoe Store Newburgh, NY. Judy grew up entertaining many of the customers with her Wit and Charms. After graduating NFA in 1956, Judy went on to raise her family and start a successful career in Retail. Judy relocated to South Florida and had over 25 years with JC Penney, where she received numerous merit awards. Judy was an advocate for the homeless where she would venture into Tent City with clothes, shoes and sandwiches she made herself. She collected supplies for years to donate to all the local charities that served the Florida homeless. Judy received an award from the city of Pompano Beach for her efforts. Judy's passions were the movies, fashion, good food, interesting conversation and all things glamorous. Judy is the loving mother to Cindi Graham of Asheville, NC and Deborah Brown and her husband, Larry of Deerfield Beach, FL. Judy adored her grandchildren, Darian and Kendall Graham and her grand dog, Harley. Judy loved her forever friends, Phyllis, Linda, Joan, Lila, Shirley and Jean as sisters. Judy is predeceased by her brother, Charles F Smith Jr. and her twin sister, Joan Beth Smith. Judy's life will be celebrated with family in South Florida. All Judy would want is for everyone to be kind to each other and keep smiling. Replies to this post No replies yet |
