  Ingrid D. Boast Greaves, former long-time resident of Cornwall, NY passed away at her home in Lake Ariel, PA on Sunday, October 26, 2014. She was 65 years old. Daughter of Kenneth F. Boast and Luise Hugelmeyer Boast, she was born May 23, 1949 in Hull, East Yorkshire, England. Ingrid was a retired beautician and the owner of Giselles Hair Salon of Cornwall, NY. A family statement reads, "Ingrid was a loving mother and devoted wife whose ever present smile brightened everyone's lives." Survivors include her husband, Richard E. Greaves of Lake Ariel, PA; her parents, Kenneth F. and Luise Boast of Cornwall, NY; her daughters: Leslie Duesel and her husband, James of Milford, PA, Melissa Greaves-Kulisek and her husband, James Kulisek, Jr. of Cornwall, NY, Kimberly Behrends and her fiance Thomas Behrens of Lake Ariel, PA; her brother, Ryan Boast and his wife, Stacey of Newburgh, NY; her sister, Barbara Watt and her husband, Thomas of Newburgh, NY; her three grandchildren: Aiden, Connor and Gabriel; and her nieces and nephews. Ingrid was predeceased by her granddaughter, Riley Addison. Visitation will be held from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday, November 2nd at Smith, Seaman & Quackenbush, Inc. Funeral Home, 117 Maple Ave., Monroe, NY. A Celebration of Life will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Monday, November 3rd at the funeral home. Cremation took place at Cedar Hill Crematory, Middle Hope, NY. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of The Sacred Heart, 600 Baltimore Drive, Wilkes-Barre, PA 18702 or Make-A-Wish Foundation of the Hudson Valley, The Wish House, 832 South Broadway, Tarrytown, NY 10591.
