    Sandra E. Cox Emmel of Wallkill entered into rest Tuesday, December 30, 2014 at Orange Regional Center in Middletown, NY. She was 45. The beloved daughter of Jeanne Thompson Cox and the late Raymond G. Cox Sr., Sandra was born in Cornwall April of 1969. She went through the Newburgh School System and graduated from NFA in June of 1987. Survivors include her husband, Michael Emmel and daughter, Angela Emmel at home, her mom, Jeanne of the Town of Newburgh, her sister, Jeanne and her husband, Tom of California; brother, James and his wife, Caroline of Kentucky, as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends who she loved very much. In addition to her father, Sandra was predeceased by her brothers; Raymond G. Cox Jr. and William (Billy) Cox.
