Submitted by Pauline Rute Hall 1952 <Grammypgh@aol.com> on 05/May/2015 Message: Jean Emily Anderson Maloney, 84, beloved wife, mother, sister and grandmother of Friendswood, TX went to be with her Lord and Savior on Sunday, May 3, 2015. She was born September 15, 1930 to Charles L. Anderson and Emily Hunter Anderson in Newburgh, NY. Jean was a Registered Nurse, an Assistant Science Nursing Instructor, a Business Owner of Iso-Tex Diagnostics, Inc. and Tel-Test, Inc. Jean held the office of President, of Galveston Diocesan Council of Catholic Women (DCCW), the National Director Associates of DCCW, Board Member, Program Chairman of Mary Queen Catholic Church Women's Council, and Parliamentary Law Club President. She was preceded in death by her mother, Emily Anderson; father, Charles Lester Anderson; and nephew, Timothy Naclerio. Jean is survived by her husband Thomas J. Maloney; daughter Jill Maloney; son Tom Maloney and daughter-in-law Sandra Maloney; daughter Megan Balderrama, and son-in-law David Balderrama; daughter Martha Maloney; grandchildren, Jessica Witzel, Jemmy Dwyer, Emily Morrison, Elizabeth Morrison, Wendy Morrison, David Thomas Balderrama, and Anne Balderrama; great grandson Antares Witzel Hofmann; sister Peggy Naclerio and brother-in-law Tom Naclerio; niece Tammy Gross; nephew David Naclerio; brother Robert Anderson; and many other relatives and cherished friends. Friends are cordially invited to the visitation with the family on Wednesday, May 6, 2015 from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M with the rosary being recited at 7:00 P.M. at the Jeter Memorial Funeral Home Chapel, 311 N. Friendswood Dr., Friendswood, TX 77546 (281) 992-7200 with Deacon Vince Eklund officiating. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, May 7, 2015 at 10:00 A.M. at the Mary Queen Catholic Church, 606 Cedarwood Dr., Friendswood, TX 77546 with Rev. James H. Kuczynski, M.S. officiating. Interment will follow at the Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Dickinson, TX. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in her memory to the Mary Queen Catholic Church Women's Ministry, 606 Cedarwood Dr., Friendswood, TX 77546.
