      Theodore E. (Ted) Polack Sr., Citrus Springs, Florida, died on June 16, 2015, peacefully at home under the care of Hospice of Citrus. He is survived by his wife, Lynn; daughter, Dorothy L. Jeter and her husband Mark E. Jeter and daughters Olivia, Gabriella, Abigail, and Sydney; son, Tedd E. Polack and his wife Sheila; grandson, Bradley R. Polack; and great-granddaughter, Audrey Polack. In lieu of flowers, donations in Ted's memory to: Hospice of Citrus and the Nature Coast PO Box 641270 Beverly Hills, FL 34464. Memorial service and light lunch for friends and family at at 10 a.m., Sunday, June 28, 2015, at Hope Evangelical Lutheran Church, 9425 N Citrus Springs Boulevard, Citrus Springs, FL,489-5511. Pastor Lynn Fonfara officiating.
