          Mr. Stanley Vandervort, 70 of 5546 Kentucky Lane, Hope Mills, departed this life on June 18, 2015. Funeral services will be held on Monday June 29, 2015 at 12:00 Noon in the Friendship Missionary Baptist Church. Burial will follow at Sandhills State Veterans Cemetery. He was an Army Veteran. He leaves to cherish his loving memory: wife, Blessie Hines Vandervort; son, Stanley A. Vandervort Jr; daughters, Dionne Vandervort, Deidra Baldwin, Brenda Vandervort and Lenora Woodson; brothers, James R. Vandervort and Jay R. Vandervort; sister, Shelia Lewis; 12 grandchildren; one great grandchild; and a host of family and friends
