She is survived by her children; grandchildren; great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. Viewing: Thurs., Aug. 20, 2015, 10am until time of service, 11am at Heritage Fellowship Church, 2501 Fox Mill Rd., Reston, VA 20191. Interment: Fairfax Memorial Park, Fairfax, VA. Submitted by Pauline Rute Hall 1952 23/Aug/2015- Mary Cynthia Barrino Smith Age 64, on August 11, 2015 at her residence in Reston, VA. Served as lead Chaplain of Department of Pastoral Care at Fairfax Hospital. She received her masters of Divinity through Regent University. She also received a B.A. degree in Mathematics and Teacher Certification from the State University of New York at Albany (1972). Prior to her Chaplain position she was an employee of Prince William County Government for 20 years in the area of Information Systems Technology. She was a beautiful woman of God with a kind spirit and a giving heart, who touched the lives of many. Mary will be deeply missed by all those who knew and loved her. Loving mother of Kim Butler-Dennis (Perry) of Centreville, VA, Kelly Butler-Noel (Carlos) of Manassas, VA, Donald Smith, II (Marisa) of Oakland, CA; beloved daughter of Caretha Barrino-Williams of Herndon, VA; devoted sister of Emmie Barrino of Charlotte, NC, Bette Reed of Quantico, VA, Tyrone Williams (Kim) of Newburgh, NY, Pauletta Gaines (Bill) of Chesapeake, VA, Anthony Williams of Reston, VA, Ingrid Rushing of Los Angeles, CA, John Rushing Jr. of Pacomia, CA. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, Jade Jones of Arlington, VA, William Carlos Noel II, Kobe Noel, both of Manassas, VA, Donald J. III, Britney and Hailey Smith, all of Oakland, CA, Tiffany Sheppard (Alain) of Ashburn, VA, Deborah Foster (William) of Reston, VA, Brandon Dennis of Centreville, VA; seven great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
