      Theresa J. Moglia Mueller 81,of Cape Coral, Fl. former resident of Newburgh, NY and Surfside Beach, SC died October 6, 2015 at Hope Hospice House in Cape Coral, Fl.Born May 23, 1934 in Newburgh, NY, "MEMA" as her family and friends affectionately called her, was pre-deceased by her husband Richard A. Mueller, her son Rick Mueller and her brother Dominick Moglia.She is survived by her sister, Jennie (Joseph) Carroll of Cape Coral, her sister-in-law, Betty Moglia of NY, daughters, Andrea (Edward) McKay of Central Valley, NY., Brenda (William) Kurz of Cape Coral, Fl. She will be sadly missed by her grandchildren, Jessica Mueller, Brandon Mueller, Ed & Emma McKay, Rachel McKay, Crystal Kurz, Amber Kurz and several nieces and nephews.She will be fondly remembered by the Women's Guild of the Highland Mills United Methodist Church in Highland Mill, NY., whose ladies held a special place in her heart. Theresa was a retired Newburgh Enlarged City School District Cafeteria Manager and was very well known for her delicious cakes and food, and her many creative crafts.We will celebrate her life at Coral Ridge Funeral Home, 1630 SW Pine Island Rd. Cape Coral on Saturday October 10, from 3:00 - 6:00 PM. The family would prefer memorial contributions in Theresa's memory to the ALS Association, 42 Broadway, Suite 1724, NY, NY 1004 or Highland Mills United Methodist Church C/O HMUMC Women's Guild 654 Route 32, Box 611, Highland Mills, NY 10930 or Hope Hospice, 2430 Diplomat Parkway East, Cape Coral, Fl. 33909.In addition, a memorial service will be held in New York on October 23, 2015 at 4:00 PM at Highland Mills United Methodist Church. Burial will be private. -
