Marvin L Fenwick - Class of June 1937

        Marvin L. Fenwick, of Anderson, SC, formerly of Newburgh, entered into rest November 22, 2015. He was 95. Son of the late Charles and Margaret (White) Fenwick, he was born July 7, 1920 in Newburgh. He was married to the late Alice L. (Marvel) Fenwick. Marvin graduated from Newburgh Free Academy and served his country in the Coast Guard during WW II and the US Navy during the Korean War. He is survived by his son, Richard Fenwick and wife Kathleen of New Windsor; brother, William Fenwick of Chalfont, PA; cousin, Kay Conway of Poughkeepsie; and grandchildren Christopher Fenwick of Netcong, NJ and Kimberly Fenwick of Brooklyn. Visitation will be held from 10-11:30 am on Saturday, December 5 at Brooks Funeral Home, 481 Gidney Ave., Newburgh. A service will follow the visiting, with Rev. Richard Sperling officiating. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery, New Windsor. Donations may be sent to Habitat from Humanity of Greater Newburgh, 125 Washington St., Newburgh, NY 12550
