George Harry Crevling, 87, of Port Ewen, N.Y., passed away Thursday, June 23, 2016, at Northern Dutchess Hospital in Rhinebeck, N.Y. He was born Nov. 28, 1928 in Newburgh, N.Y., to the late George Whitfield Crevling and Carolyn Baker Crevling. He worked as a Development Project Manager for Miron Lumber Co. in Kingston, N.Y. for 50 years. He was a former member of the Masonic Lodge. He is survived by his beloved friend, Donna Miller of Port Ewen; his children, Lynn Crevling of Salisbury Mills, N.Y., Dana Crevling and her husband John Schulz of Upton, Mass., Barry Crevling of Stevensville, Mont.; and his granddaughter, Hannah Crevling-Reed of Grand Rapids, Mich. Entrusted to the care of Keyser Funeral & Cremation Service, 216 Broadway, Port Ewen. A memorial celebration of life will be held on Sunday, July 3, 2016. Contact family or friends for details.
