Elizabeth Hoffman Milich, 86 of Frisco, TX formerly of New Windsor, NY, went home to the arms of the Lord on July 3, 2016. She is now at peace and with her beloved Lou who predeceased her on March 16, 2014. Elizabeth was born February 17, 1930 to Martha and Julius Hoffman. In April of 1953, she wed Louis J. Milich and together they shared 61 beautiful and loving years during which time they raised their family, imparted strong family values to their children, spent many joyous summers at Mohican Lake, and in later years enjoyed their grandchildren and great grandchildren. Elizabeth is survived by her son, Thomas (Kathleen) of Woodstock, NY, her son Louis (Virginia) of Frisco, TX; grandchildren, Amy Jacobsen of Kingston, NY, Kelly Valentine (Joseph) of Port Ewen, NY, Karen, Louis and Chrissy Milich all of Frisco, TX; and great grandchildren, Emily and Riley Jacobsen of Kingston, NY. She is also survived by her sister, Joan Polkowski (Edward); and brother-in-law, Gilbert Lester; and numerous beloved nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband, she is predeceased by her sisters: Helen Hammond, Virginia Poser, Catherine Lester; brothers: James and Frank Hoffman. Visitation will be held from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. on Monday, July 11th at the Hudson Valley Funeral Home, 239 Quassaick Avenue, New Windsor, NY 12553. A funeral mass will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, July 12th at St. Joseph's Church at 4 St. Joseph's Place, New Windsor, NY 12553. Interment immediately following at Cedar Hill Cemetery, 5468 Route 9W North, Newburgh, NY 12550. Replies to this post No replies yet |
