Frank W. Seymour
"Wes", a lifelong resident of the area and beloved husband, father, and friend, passed away on September 13, 2009 at Ellenville Hospital. He was 62. Frank was born on February 25, 1947 in Middletown, NY. Frank graduated from Newburgh Free Academy in 1965 and ran Seymour's Tax Service in Ellenville and Pine Bush for over 25 years. He also served his country in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam Conflict. Frank is survived by his loving wife, Janet, at home; daughter, Amy Seymour Vasiliou; son, Michael Seymour; three stepsons: Neil O'Keeffe, Sean O'Keeffe, and Andrew Stevens; and one stepdaughter, KC Stevens. Frank is also survived by his mother, Elinore Seymour; two sisters, Sharon Robertson and Pamela Kelly; and two grandchildren, Quentin and Ethan Blackwood. A celebration of life will be held on Friday, September 18, from 7-9 p.m. at the William M. Gagan Funeral Home, Inc., 1525 Burlingham Rd., Pine Bush. Funeral services will take place at 8:30 p.m. during the visitation. Cremation was held at Cedar Hill Crematory.
