    Millicent A. Kilgore, a beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, entered into rest on September 5, 2016 at St. Luke's Cornwall Hospital in Newburgh, NY. She was 68 years old. She was the daughter of the late Melvin and Adele Kilgore. She was a retired employee of IBM and a longtime resident of Newburgh, NY. Millicent was also a faithful member of Soul Saving Station Church of God in Christ. She leaves to cherish her memories: sister, Marva Clayborne and brother-in-law, Jesse Clayborne of New Windsor, NY; special sisters: Sandra Burnett of Poughkeepsie, NY and Michelle Thompson of Newburgh, NY; children: Kilbra Shiles of Newburgh, NY; Yulanda Dillard of Charlotte, NC; Alexandria Jones, Adele Kayla Kilgore and Matthew Kilgore of Newburgh, NY; Darnell Johnson of Albany, NY; Tameka Kilgore of Florida, and Nicholas Kilgore of New York, NY; 13 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; 10 Godchildren; nieces, nephews and hosts of cousins; close friends: Michelle Williams, Sophie Ware and Benita Phinney. Ms. Kilgore will repose from 9 to 10 a.m. on Saturday, September 10th, at Life Restoration Church, 136 First St., Newburgh, NY 12550. A Home Going Celebration will be held at 10 a.m. at the church. Pastor Michael Mclymore Sr. will officiate. Interment will be at Cedar Hill Cemetery, Middlehope, NY. Professional service entrusted to Rhodes Funeral Home, 259 Walsh Ave., New Windsor, NY
