Valery Kilgour Barger - Class of 1972

  Valery Barger of the Town of Newburgh, a former manager for the Ponderosa Steak House in Vails Gate entered into rest September 10, 2016 at Vassar Brothers Hospital in Poughkeepsie, NY. She was 63. Survivors include her husband, Russell Barger at home, children; Kelly DeGennaro, and her husband, John of Newburgh, and Tara Martin of Newburgh, grandchildren, Joseph Martin and Carter J. DeGennaro; brother, James Kilgour of Utah. Cremation took place at Cedar Hill Cemetery. Celebration of life will be held, Saturday, September 17th from 4 to 6 p.m. at White & Venuto Funeral Home, 188 North Plank Rd. (Route 32) Town of Newburgh. In lieu of flowers please make donations in Valery's memory to a charity of ones choice.
