Thomas Richard Winfield Hutchins, of New Windsor, NY, entered into rest on Wednesday, August 31, 2016. He was 39. The son of Richard D. Hutchins and Mary Hutchins-Culhane, he was born on October 29, 1976 in Newburgh, NY. Tommy was a 1994 graduate of Newburgh Free Academy. He was a very likeable person who made friends wherever he went, and was always willing to help if needed. Survivors include: his mother, Mary Hutchins-Culhane; sister, Erin R. King and her husband, Michael; several aunts, uncles and cousins. He was predeceased by his father, Richard D. Hutchins; his grandparents, Thomas and Kathleen Kilmartin and his aunt, Ellen Kilmartin, MD. Visitation will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 16th at King of Kings Lutheran Church, 543 Union Ave, New Windsor, NY. A Memorial Service will be held at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 17th, also at the church. Arrangements are under the direction of James F. Lulves Funeral Home, 845-534-2550.
