Arthur Frank Tabasco Sr., of Wallkill, NY, went home to be with the Lord on October 16, 2016 at the VA Hospital in Montrose at the age of 79. Arthur was born at St. Lukes-Cornwall Hospital On January 11, 1937 to Arthur and Rose Tabasco. Arthur would be raised in Newburgh. He then graduated from Newburgh Free Academy in Newburgh. He then enlisted in the Army, from there went on to continue his passion of cutting hair as a barber. As a barber he loved what he did and he did it for a total of 50 years, counting the 25 year stint in the West Point Barber Shop. Arthur married the love of his life, Joan Napotano on March 17th, 1963. They had one son, Arthur F. Tabasco, Jr. Arthur had many passions like baseball, playing the guitar, cars, and most of all his family. He would enjoy his Sunday Pasta Dinners with his family. He was a well loved man by all and had the biggest heart. He had the best sense of humor and could always make you laugh. He was a man that loved kids and was the definition of a true Gentleman. He is survived by his loving wife Joan Tabasco, Son, Arthur F. Tabasco Jr. and his wife Mary Tabasco, Grandchildren: Arthur F. Tabasco III, Nettielisa Tabasco, Lenajoan Harrison, Blake Harrison, Earl Tabasco, Great Grandchildren: Carmellojoan Tabasco, Lindamarie Tabasco, Mary Tabasco, sister Arlene Fasciano and many cousins.Visitation will be Wednesday, October 19, 2016, from 2-4 and 7-9 pm at the Millspaugh Funeral Home, 22 Bank St. Walden, NY. Funeral Services will be 10 am, Thursday, October 20, 2016, at the funeral home. Pastor Elisha Cooper will officiate. Burial will be in Wallkill Valley Cemetery in Walden, NY. Replies to this post
