Shelley R. Sharpe Arrington of Hyattsville, MD passed away on Monday, November 14, 2016. She was born on June 9, 1955 in Cambridge, MD. She was the daughter of the late Rev. John "Artie' Williams, Sr. and late Vernola G. (Sharpe) Williams. She was a 1973 graduate of Newburgh Free Academy in Newburgh, NY. Shelley has worked with JC Penney's, Filene's Basement and Shoppers' Food Warehouse.Shelley is survived by her son, Jerome Sharpe of Vienna, VA; five siblings, Quintelle (Joann) Sharpe of Harrisburg, PA, Satina Williams, PhD, CPA of Hyattsville, MD, Arlisa Williams Fluellen of Hampton, VA, John (Annett) Williams, Jr. of Fremont, CA, and Reginald (Maya) Williams, PhD of Bowie, MD; 10 nieces and nephews, Fallon Sharpe (Conley) Ferguson, Justin A. (Antonia) Fluellen, Kenneth Fluellen, Courtney Fluellen, Jarred Sharpe, Madeleine, Tess, Catherine, and Ian Williams; grandniece: Kalea Ferguson; uncle, Reginald Sharpe of Harlem, NY; aunt, Betty Overton of Philadelphia, sister-cousin, Tammy Williams Fox, MD, special friends, Angie Siebert and Julia Jordan, long-time neighbor and good friend, Dan Louck and a host of other family members and friends. She was predeceased by her parents and sister, Leona C. Williams.Visitation and Memorial Service will be Wednesday, November 30, beginning at 12:30 p.m. at Ft.
