Bernadette Lucy Cardillo of New Windsor, NY passed away on Thursday, December 22, 2016 at St. Luke's Cornwall Hospital, Newburgh. She was 63 years old. She was the daughter of the late Joseph & Virginia Claudio Cardillo. She was born in Newburgh, NY on December 13, 1953. Survivors include her companion Amilcar Camacho of New Windsor and her son Amilcar Camacho of Newburgh. Bernadette was predeceased by her son Eric in 2000. Visitation will be held on Monday from 2pm-5pm at the DiDonato Funeral Home, 1290 Route 9W, Marlboro. A mass of Christian burial will be offered on Tuesday morning at 10:30am at St. Mary's-St. James Church, 1209 Route 9W, Marlboro. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery, New Windsor. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Carl J. DiDonato, Jr. of the DiDonato Funeral Service, Inc.
