Nancy Eager Jollie of Newburgh, a retired bookkeeper for Lake Street Houses entered into rest Thursday, January 5, 2017 at St. Luke's Hospital. She was 80. The daughter of the late Ernest and Mary (Maxwell0 Eager, she was born June 10, 1936 in Newburgh. Nancy was a member of the Grace United Methodist Church and Club 60. Survivors include her children, Fred Jollie Jr. (Darlene) of the Town of Newburgh, Ernie Jollie (Annie) of Blauvelt and Ellen LaPierre (Barry) of the Town of Newburgh; sister, Barbara Fent of SC, eight grandchildren: Eric, Chris, Barry, William, Richard, Frank, Nancy and Freddie; six great grand-children. In addition to her parents, Nancy was predeceased by her husband, Fred Jollie Sr., daughter and son-in-law, Rene and Frank Woodruff, grandson, Ernie Jollie Jr. and granddaughter, Melissa Woodruff. Visitation will take place Tuesday, January 10th from 2 to 6 p.m. at White, Venuto & Morrill Funeral and Cremation Service, 188 N. Plank Rd. (Rt. 32) Newburgh. Funeral service will commence 11 a.m Wednesday, January 11th at the Funeral Home. Pastor Jeffrey Hooker will officiate. Burial to follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery.
