John Dalelord Watford "Stone",
of Newburgh, NY passed away Thursday, January 19, 2017 at home. He was 50. He was born in Bridgeton, NJ on October 21, 1966 to Mary Watford. John was a graduate of Newburgh Free Academy and held a Master's degree in Liberal Arts. He was a Master Barber for over 26 years. John is survived by his loving and devoted wife, Angela; two daughters, Shannon Oates Dillard and India Watford; mother, Mary Watford; one sister, Sherry Watford; two brothers, Odell and Mario Watford; three grandchildren; one Godson, Ju'luni Peterson; father-in-law, Hardy Williams; seven aunts, and one uncle and a host of nieces, nephews and in-laws. Mr. Watford will repose 10 to 11 a.m. Friday, January 27, 2017 at New Day Tabernacle, 38 Fire House Road, Plattekill, NY. Service at 11 a.m. at the church. Bishop Christopher Hodge will officiate.
