Geoffrey Marc Weinheim - Class of 1997

  Geoffrey Marc Weinheim of Newburgh, died suddenly on January 19, 2006. He was 26 years old. He was born and raised in Newburgh by his loving parents, Sonny and Lynn Weinheim. In September 2004, he married his high school sweetheart, Emi Kalici-Weinheim. He was the President of his own company, American Flatbed Haulers, Inc. He is lovingly survived by his wife, Emi; his parents, Lynn and Sonny Weinheim, who now reside in North Carolina; his paternal grandparents, Edna and Sid Weinheim in Newburgh and maternal grandmother, Florence Grad, Whiting, N.J. He was predeceased by his maternal grandfather, Benjamin Grad. Also survived by many aunts and uncles, Benjamin and Kim Grad of Henderson, Nev., Deanna and Gary Eckman of Lakewood, N.J., Steve and Barbara Weinheim of Florida, Linda and Edward Spreer, Carolyn and Thomas Pacenza and Mark and Catherine Grad of Newburgh; great-aunt, Olivia Leibowitz also of Newburgh; many cousins; his mother and father-in-law, Dr. Nedzat and Myra Kalici; brothers-in-law, Bekim and his son, Aidan and Alecs Kalici. Geoffrey was truly loved by all who knew him. He touched the souls of many lives, which will be forever changed. No one could ask for a more loving husband or son. He will be enormously missed by all whose lives he touched and we promise to keep his sprit alive. The family will receive close friends and family from 3-7 p.m. on Sunday, January 22 at Brooks-DiDonato Funeral Home, 481 Gidney Ave., Newburgh, NY 12550. A funeral service will take place at 7 p.m. in the funeral home. Cremation will take place at Cedar Hill Crematory.
