Leonard Richard Belvedere, "Lenny" 71, of Myrtle Beach passed away peacefully, Thursday, October 19, 2017 at his residence. He was born December 25, 1945 in Newburgh, NY, son of the late Peter Benjamin and Veronica M. Powell Belvedere. Survivors include his loving wife, Gail Belvedere of Myrtle Beach; five sons, John, David, Stephen and his wife Michelle, James and Nicholas; four grandchildren, Jace, Whitney, Ella and Miles. He was an avid golfer, just not a good one. He was an all around outdoors man and was a lover of all sports. Go Yankees! A Celebration of Lenny's life will be held on Saturday October 21, 2017 at Burroughs Funeral Home, 3558 Old Kings Highway, Murrells Inlet, SC 29576 from 4:00 PM until the time of service at 6:00 PM. The family requests that memorial contributions be made in Leonard's name to St. Michael Catholic Church, 542 Cypress Avenue, Garden City, SC 29576.
