  Beatrice "Bebe" Page Riley, passed away on December 16, 2017 in Newburgh, NY. Beatrice, the daughter of Dr. Harlan and Ann Gordon Page, was born on February 1, 1932 in Newburgh, NY. She attended the Casa at Mount Saint Mary, one year at Mount Saint Mary Academy and graduated from Newburgh Free Academy in 1948. She attended the Spencerian School of Business. BeBe co-founded Page Answering Service, a company that provided messaging and communication services to doctors and businesses in the Newburgh area from 1953 to 1985. She was an avid bridge player and active member of several community activities throughout her life, including Meals on Wheels, Zonta, the Red Hat Society and Garden Club. People will remember her for her hat collection, her diverse and numerous pets, her love of a joke or a story, and her passion for traveling the world on cruise ships. Bebe's love for adventure and travel had taken her all over the world to just about every country to be seen. She is survived by her daughter Kathleen Ridgeway, Grandson Matthew and Brett Ridgeway, and Great Granddaughters Nola, Julia, and Eva Ridgeway and was pre-deceased by her husband John A. Riley Jr (1933-1999). She is also survived by her sister Marcia Voght and sister-in-law Nadine Healy and several nieces and nephews. She also leaves her beloved dog CJ and cats Gillie, Sparkle, and Amos. For any who wish to pay their respects, visitation will be at Doulin Newburgh Funeral Home Inc. in Newburgh, NY on Tuesday December 19 from 2:00-6:00PM. A Funeral Service will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday, December 20,2017 at 11:30AM In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the local animal shelter or Meals on Wheels of Greater Newburgh. We will miss your kindness and generosity but always keep your memory alive in our hearts.
