Williams Sager Gendreau of New Windsor, NY entered into rest on Wednesday evening January 17, 2018 at Montgomery Nursing Home. She was 105 years old. Marjorie was the daughter of the late Frank and Miriam Williams of Cornwall, NY. Marjorie loved her family and introducing her grandchildren and great-grandchildren to the library. In her lifetime she as active as a tutor at Vails Gate and Gardnertown schools, a member of the Goshen Art League and Grace Methodist Church. She is survived by her sons, William (Jane) Sager and Stephen (Bernadette) Sager; her grandchildren: Marjorie Wickham (Robbie), Rachel Countryman, William Sager (Lisa), Jane Ann Sager, David Sager (Kim), Andrea Karnavezos (Tom), Beth Ann Miller (Tom), Stephen Sager Jr. (Roxana), Roger Sager, Christopher Sager (Debra), 24 great-grandchildren and several great, great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Marjorie was predeceased by her husbands, William H. Sager and Richard C. Gendreau; her son, David L. Sager and his wife Betty Ann Sager; her brothers, Roger Williams and Alan Williams. There will be no visitation. Private graveside services will be held at 10 a.m., Monday, January 22 at Woodlawn Cemetery in New Windsor.
