Visitation will be held from 11 am to 1pm on Friday, May 11 at Brooks Funeral Home, 481 Gidney Ave. Newburgh, NY. John W. Corwin, Jr., 83, of Newburgh, a retired Fireman for Newburgh Fire Department with over 30 years' service and a long-time area resident, entered into rest on Tuesday, May 8, 2018 at home surrounded by his loving family. The son of the late John W. Sr. and Mary Elizabeth Corwin, John was born on January 11, 1935 in Cornwall, NY. Donald was proud to have his wife, Maria Ardon at his side. Maria survives at home.
