Doris Margaret Mackey DeCrosta, 95, of New Windsor, a retired garment worker for VSD Clothing in Newburgh, entered into rest on Monday, May 21, 2018 at home. She was 95. The daughter of the late Harold and Margaret (Rehrey) Mackey, she was born in Newburgh, NY on July 19, 1922. Doris' survivors include her children, James DeCrosta Jr. and his wife, Donna of Ft. Myers, FL and Kathleen Bowen and her husband, George, of New Windsor; grandchildren, Caryn, Marc, Sean, Meghan, Shannon, Erin and Jamie; great-grandchildren, Rachel, Ryan, Alex, Derek, Skylar, Jonah, Elijah, Benjamin, Christian, Nicholas, Joshua, Adam, Alaina & Xavier; her sister, Ruth Ann Lake and her husband Bruce and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and her husband, James Sr., Doris was predeceased by her siblings, Alice Riss, Frank Mackey, William Mackey, Robert Mackey and Joyce McDonough. A Graveside Service will be celebrated at 12 pm on Wednesday, May 23 at Calvary Cemetery 3281 US-9W New Windsor. Donations in Doris' memory may be made to the Veterans Administration at Castle Point, Castle Point Campus 41 Castle Point Road Wappingers Falls, NY 12590. Born: July 19, 1922 Death: May 21, 2018
