Kathleen E. Dunning, of New Windsor, NY entered into eternal rest on June 6, 2018 at her residence. She was 85 years old. The daughter of the late Joseph Dale and Ida (Linton) Dale, Kathleen was born on June 18, 1932 in Newburgh, NY. Kathleen was retired from the Town of New Windsor Police Department where she was the Chief's Secretary. Kathleen was the beloved wife of the late George (Eddie) Dunning, who predeceased her in January, 2017. She is survived by her daughters: Joni Armstrong (Thomas) of New Windsor, NY and Kelly Galietta (Pat) of Newburgh, NY; her grandchildren: Robin Twitchell, Nick Armstrong, Sean Galietta and Kathleen Szwajda, and her nieces: Dale Walsh and Julie James. Kathleen was predeceased by her sister: Joan Williams. A crypt side service was held on Friday, June 8th at Cedar Hill Cemetery, Middle Hope, NY. Arrangements are entrusted to Quigley Bros.
