Barbara McEwen of the Town of Newburgh, entered into rest on Wednesday, June 27,2018 at home, surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Newburgh on June 19,1940 to the late Dominick and Violet Fasciano. Barbara retired as an office manager from Abbott and Mills and was a long time member of Osiris Country Club. Survivors include her husband, Frederick McEwen, two Sons, Tom and his special girl Stephanie Padavano and Daniel McEwen, Brother, Nickolas Fasciano, Sister, Violet Gallagher, two Grandchildren, Connor and Dylan McEwen, Cousins, Lauren Sager and Lynn Fasciano, dear friend, Jill Barron and her two daughters, several nieces and nephews. Memorial visitation, will be held on Sunday, July 8,2018 from 2:00pm to 6:00pm at the Elks lodge, 356 Washington Street, Newburgh, NY. Memorial contributions in Barbara's name may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Hospice or Meals on Wheels.
