Kathleen Lahey Domenicucci of Mendon, Vermont, and The Villages, Florida, was born in New Windsor, New York, on Dec. 2, 1949. Kathy went to be with the Lord on July 20, 2018, while surrounded by her family. For eight years, Kathy lived a healthy, fun, love-filled life after being diagnosed with cancer. She chose a healthy nutritional lifestyle and continued to do all the things she loved to do during this time. Kathy is survived by her husband, Frank; daughter Lorraine; daughter Adrienne and son-in-law Jason Finley and their two sons Luke and Jack; her siblings Ed Lahey and spouse Kathy, Fran Lahey Gurski and spouse Bill, Carol Lahey Majestic and spouse George, Joseph Lahey and spouse Hilary, James Lahey and spouse Monica, Kevin Lahey and spouse Helen, Patty Lahey Cepeda and spouse Herb; and many nieces and nephews. She is being reunited in heaven with her parents Edward and Virginia Lahey; brother William and wife Bobbie Ann; and brother, Daniel. Kathy enjoyed spending time with her family and friends lighting up every room she entered with her glowing smile and personality. Kathy was an accomplished artist, avid golfer, tennis, pickleball and racquetball player. Kathy loved spending time with her grandsons playing and going on adventures. Kathy and Frank owned and operated the Mendon Country Store for 32 years; during this time, she also created a successful Vermont Gift Basket business. Later in life, she was able to help thousands of people as an Isagenix health coach to live healthy lives just like she did. There will be no calling hours, and a celebration of life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, Kathy's wish was that people donate to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105, so they can continue to find a cure for cancer. Arrangements are by Tossing Funeral Home.
