Samuel Russo Jr 64, soared high into his eternal resting place on Saturday July 21, 2018 surrounded by his loved ones. He was born to Samuel and Estelle Russo of New Windsor on Nov 26, 1953. On Aug 28, 1993 he married Carol Jean Tarallo. Sam enjoyed being around his family, taking care of his yard and kayaking with the Moodna Creek Boys. Sam was a phenomenal loving father, husband, papa, and friend to all. Survivors include the love of his life his Soul Mate Carol Jean; 4 children, daughter Amber (Peter) Rosario, son Shawn (Kristin) Mulligan, son Samuel (Michelle) , son Ryan (Nicole) Russo. A bond words can't explain not a son but more than a grandson Timothy. Grandchildren; Timothy, Milian, Samuel, Ryan, Peter, Natalia, Shylo, Shawn, and Audrey. His Best Friend and Brother Danny Mosher. He was preceded in death by his parents Samuel and Estelle. As well as his mother in law Caroline Tarallo. A time of gathering will be held on Wednesday July 25 from 1 - 3 pm at Brooks Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers please make donations in Sam's honor to Hospice of Orange & Sullivan 800 Stony Brook Court Newburgh NY 12550. A special Thank You to Judy, Melanie, Erik and Gary of Hospice for their loving care and support. They went above and beyond for Sam and our family at our time of need.
