Richard Walter Masloski of New Windsor, NY went to be with our Heavenly Father
on July 26, 2018. He was born in Cornwall, NY on January 31, 1954, the son of
Joseph and Genevieve Masloski, and brother of Daniel Masloski. He is survived by
his lifelong friends Barbara and Rich, along with many cousins and several
aunts. Richard was a Sculptor, a writer and a composer of music. He had a "Zest"
for life. He devoted his entire artistic life to consistently strive to
accurately capture the American experience in Life Size Bronze Statues. Although
he sculpted many, the "Orange Veterans Memorial" in Newburgh, the "Abraham
Lincoln in Peekskill", and the "War Memorial" in Wappingers were dear to his
heart. Sculpting and composing music were his passion. Visitation and services
will be held on Thursday, August 2, 2018 from 6-8 pm at Brooks Funeral Home, 481
Gidney Ave., Newburgh. Burial will be private. To send a personal condolence,
