  Elizabeth "Beth" L. Leth Minutolo of Highland, NY entered into eternal rest, Wednesday, August 29, 2018. She was 75. Daughter of the late Harold and Mary (Foley) Leth, Beth was born September 3, 1942 in Newburgh. Beth was a lifelong area resident and a member of St. Patrick's Church in Newburgh and St. Augustine Parish in Highland. She will always be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother and will be greatly missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her. Survivors include her beloved husband whom she married on September 13, 1963, Francis A. Minutolo at home; son, Michael A. (Rene Hager) of Wallkill, daughters: Genevieve Suchy (Guy) of Davidson, NC, Anne-Marie Minutolo of Highland, Carolyn Henry (John) of Newburgh, Kathleen Skelly (Todd) of Huntersville, NC and Mary-Grace DeCoeur (Mitch) of Wallkill; brothers, Butch and Patrick Leth; sister Christine Sanfilippo; and ten grandchildren: Erika, Brian, Rebecca, Niki, Zachary, Anthony, Marcus, Christopher, Brent and Cooper. Visitation for family and friends will take place from 5 to 8 p.m. on Friday, August 31 at White, Venuto & Morrill Funeral and Cremation Service, 188 North Plank Rd. (Rte. 32) Town of Newburgh. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered 10 a.m. Saturday, September 1 at St. Augustine Parish, 55 Main Street, Highland, NY. Entombment to follow at Cedar Hill Garden Mausoleum.
