Jack Mulligan, Jr., 1960 - 2018 born in Newburgh, NY and lived in Jacksonville, Fl. Jackie was my brother Jacks oldest son. He went to NFA. He leaves his father Jack, Sr, Zephyrhills, Fl., brother Brian Mulligan, New Windsor, NY and a daughter Mia and granddaughter Cherish,
Florida lots of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Jackie was a loving soul. God rest his soul and may he have everlasting Peace.
