Linda Paolini Gauthier - Class of 1962

Linda
M. Paolini Gauthier of Kelowna, British Columbia lost her battle with lung
cancer on Dec. 20, 2018, peacefully with her family by her side. She was 73.
Born on February 18, 1945 to Joseph J. and Josephine R. Paolini in Newburgh, NY.
Attended Newburgh Free Academy and graduated in 1962. She worked briefly for
Attorney Overheiser as secretary, followed by a Civil Service position at
Steward Field where she met and married Gerald Gauthier who was serving for the
Canadian Air Force. Her unconditional Love for family inspired her effortless
passion to complete the genealogy of her heritage for the last 20 yrs. That hard
work helped to cultivate family members in their search. Survivors include her
husband, Gerald Gauthier at home, her Son Kenneth Gauthier, his partner Sandy
Kelly, Granddaughter Lily, Grandson Nolan, a sister, Joanne Paolini Diaz, her
husband Antonio Diaz, a brother Anthony Paolini, his wife Doreen Paolini, nieces
Lisa Diaz Latchman, Janine Diaz, Monica Paolini, nephews Joseph Paolini and
Anthony Paolini Jr., great nephews Brandon Latchman, Dylan Latchman and Luca
Paolini Raab.. Predeceased her first born son, James
Gauthier, her parents Joseph J. and Josephine R Paolini. A celebration of life
in the spring of 2019.
Linda's energy, spirit and love of family was the inspiration for all. She is
now reunited with her son, and with her parents Joe and Josie and all of our
wonderful aunts, uncles and cousins who made the Paolini Family so wonderful.
May God rest her soul. (February 18, 1945 - December 20, 2018)
