Brian, We had some good times in NFA. The last time we saw one another was in Carrboro, NC (so many years ago) when you were doing your residency. I know first-hand how your parents tried to dissuade you from going into medicine, but it seems to me you followed your dreams and saw to it that you made meaningful and lasting contributions through helping others.

Your Chesire Cat smile stayed with you till the end. I salute you Dr. Brian Sorrentino and all that you achieved. 'Twas a privelege knowing you as a friend, if only for a short while. May your family and friends be held up and comforted now. I'll certainly catch you on the rebound.
