    Mildred J. Sheehan Todd, a lifelong Newburgh resident, entered into rest on Friday, January 18, 2019. She was 83. Daughter of the late Frank and Helen (Richmond) Sheehan, she was born on February 18, 1935 in Newburgh.

A full obituary will be forthcoming.
