Jessica M. Hopkins, of New Port Richey, FL, formerly of Newburgh, entered into rest January 3, 2008 at Hospice Home, FL. She was 24. The daughter of George R. Hopkins of New Windsor and Donna Hopkins of Florida, she was born September 21, 1983 in Saint Luke's Hospital, Newburgh. Jessica is survived by her stepmother Elizabeth Whalen of New Windsor. She was an alumni of Newburgh Free Academy. In addition to her parents and stepmother, survivors include her grandfather, George M. Hopkins; her aunt, Theresa Hopkins; and sister, Rachel Flacher, her husband Anthony and their son, Justice. She was loved by her family and friends and will be missed by all. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Cremation was private and at the convenience of the family.
