Anthony John "Tony" Seneca

Anthony John "Tony" SenecaAnthony was born in Newburgh, New York to Anthony F. Seneca and Janet G. Simmons. He resided in Newburgh, graduated from the Newburgh Free Academy in 1967. Tony joined the Navy in 1968, and was sent to Bremerton Washington for training and immediately fell in love with the Northwest. He vowed to return when his enlistment ended. He was assigned to the (USS Canopus) AS-34) and after traveling 10,000 miles from base to base, arrived in Holyloch Scotland. In 1970, while stationed there he was appointed interior communications Electrician Third Class.
After leaving the service in 1974, he returned to the Northwest and settled in Portland, Oregon. Working for several car dealerships, as parts manager. In 1985 he met his wife Angela Richardson. They were married in 1993. In 2001 they bought their present house in Gladstone, Oregon. Where he resided until his death.
Tony was an avid outdoorsman, and enjoyed many hunting and fishing trips with his buddies. His greatest pride was his 1970 Dodge Challenger R/T Plum Crazy. Which he restored. Entering his car into several car shows, winning numerous trophies. He belonged to the R/T car club, and Tri County Gun Club.

He is survived by, his wife Angela, step son Timothy, Mother Janet, Brother Ralph, and Sisters Tony, and Sandy all of the Richardson family. He was well loved and will be greatly missed by all.
