Scott Wolfrum, of the Town of Newburgh, entered into rest on Sunday, December 6,
2020, She was 88. Daughter of the late William J. and Elizabeth (Wilson) Scott,
she was born on September 28, 1932 in Newburgh. Marion was a retired secretary
with Verizon, Newburgh. She loved caring and cooking for her family, and was
fond of camping and bingo in her spare time. Survivors include a son, Scott S. (Cindie)
Myszelow of Walden; four stepdaughters, Terry Martin of Beacon, June (Kevin)
Allison of Beacon, Donna (Thomas) Gates of Wallkill and Patricia Wolfrum of the
Town of Newburgh; nine grandchildren, Samantha, Cassidy, David, Jenna, Melissa,
Thomas, Courtney, Kyle and Bailey; six great grandchildren, Matthew, Conor, Max,
AJ, Guy and Dominick; along with several nieces and nephews. Marion was
predeceased by her son, David A. Myszelow, her first husband, Charles "Sam"
Myszelow in 1979 and her second husband Thomas Wolfrum in 2005; two sisters,
Eleanor McDermott and Margaret McBride. Visitation will be on Friday, December
11, 2020 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at White, Venuto and Morrill Funeral and
Cremation Service, 188 N. Plank Road, Newburgh, NY. Due to the continued public
health concerns, please know that there is an occupancy limitation which may
cause a wait time, please be respectful of your time visiting. Facial covering
must be worn in the funeral home at all times, and social distancing must be
practiced. A Funeral Service will be held 10:00 am on Saturday, December 12,
2020 at the Funeral Home, with The Reverend Leslie Mott officiating. Burial will
follow at Woodlawn Cemetery, New Windsor. Donations in Marion's memory can be
made to Hospice of Orange and Sullivan, 800 Stoney Brook Court, Newburgh, NY
