Frank Maurice was a life long resident of Vails Gate, born to Frank and Josephine Maurice on April 23, 1941. He graduated from Newburgh Free Academy in 1959, went on to receive his associate degree from Orange County community college in 1968. Owner of commercial and residential construction business for over 40 years with involvement in Orange County Housing Urban Development. He is survived by his daughter, his 2 grandchildren along with his brother and sister. He loved his two cats and in his spare time he enjoyed playing golf especially with his grandson and was passionate about the welfare of all animals. Frank is being cremated and will be buried at Calvary Cemetery along side his mother and father on Thursday, January 14th at 2 p.m. There will be a memorial service at a later date when Covid-19 restrictions are lifted. In Lieu of flowers it would make Frank happy to have donations made to the Animal Kind Inc., an animal rescue service in Hudson, NY
