Nancy Rossi Gonzales, age 86, a lifelong resident of Newburgh, NY, entered into rest on 3/16/2021.A graduate of NFA, she married her high school sweetheart, John F. Gonzales, who predeceased her in 1983. She worked for the N.Y. Telephone company most of her life, taking an early retirement to take advantage of traveling and enjoying vacations. Nancy was the daughter of the late Louise Bartley(Rossi) and Frank Rossi. Predeceased by husband John Gonzales Sr. and son John Gonzales Jr.; sister Mary Mills(Rossi),and her significant partner Louis Gagliano. She enjoyed spending time at the casinos, playing slot machines, visiting Las Vegas, and traveling. A favorite past time was shopping with her daughters and lunch at Perkins. Family gatherings at anytime was always important to her. Nancy is survived by her two devoted and loving daughters, and their husbands, Diane and Nick D'Egidio, Donna and Danny Cordero, Grandchildren Maia D'Egidio and husband Gabe, Nicholas D'Egidio and partner Jill, Great grandchildren Etta, Gus, and Jude, and many other nieces, nephews and close family members. There will be no public calling hours. The family has selected to have private cremation at their convenience. A very special thank you to all the staff at Ten Broeke Commons for their kind, and compassionate care of our Mom.
