Gregory Earl Williams, also known as Mr. Greg, GMoney, or Flip was born
December 10, 1958, in Atmore, Alabama to Danedith Ceotis Williams and Jake C.
Williams. He was raised by his Aunt and Uncle, Carlene and Charles Williams. He
attended school in the Newburgh, NY school district. He resided in New York for
the majority of his younger life before moving to Cincinnati, OH. Greg worked
various jobs throughout his career. Greg played sports growing up and was an
avid sports fan. His favorite teams were the Cincinnati Bengals and the New York
Yankees. He was a proud father as he loved and spoke highly of all his family.
He had a very charismatic personality and was a great friend to many. He joined
2nd Chance Ministries in 2012, under the direction of Pastor Bradley. Greg was
an usher that loved to praise and worship God. Greg entered into eternal rest on
March 16, 2021, at the age of 62. Greg was preceded in death by his parents,
Jake Williams and Ceotis Williams; his aunt and uncle, Carlene and Charles
Williams; his sisters, Diane Lynn Williams, Maryln Williams and Regina Williams;
his brothers, Michael Williams and Reginald Williams; and another loved one,
Tyrell Gill. He leaves to cherish his memories to his wife, Deandra Williams;
his sons, Gregory Earl Williams Jr. (Lindsay) of Newburgh, NY, Darius J.
Williams, and Dewonte E. Williams both of Cincinnati, OH; daughter, Sadesha M.
Williams of Cincinnati, OH; bonus children, Charles A. Gilchrist (Amanda) of
Newburgh, Ny, Nikita M. Williams and Dequone L. Williams Of Cincinnati, OH;
grandchildren, SiYon Echols, Amara Williams, Darius Williams Jr., and SiYeir
Echols; three brothers, J.C. Williams, Jr. (Annie) of Clinton; NC, David T.
Williams (Evelyn) of Orlando, FL.; and Charles E. Williams (Maria) of Plattekill,
NY; one sister, Lisa Reed of Bronx, NY; brother in law Donald Williams (Alethia)
of Cincinnati, OH; a Godmother, Geraldine Herring of Newburgh, NY; a special
uncle, Roy (Suge) Agee of Pensacola, Fl.; A special friend, Paulette Gill; his
buddy, Polo of Cincinnati, OH; and a host of special nieces, nephews, cousins,
and many friends. Visitation is from 2:00 pm until 3:00 pm, on Friday, March 26,
2021, at the Walker Funeral Home - Walnut Hills Chapel, 2625 Gilbert Avenue,
Cincinnati (45206). The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation
beginning at 3:00 pm. Everyone attending must wear a mask and practice social
distancing. In keeping with the Covid-19 Pandemic restrictions masks are
required in order to enter the service and social distancing must be practiced.
