Regina Mary Jannotti Taylor of Newburgh, a lifelong resident, passed
away unexpectedly at home on May 21, 2021. She was 73. The daughter of
the late Alphonse Jannotti and Mary Delarede, she was born on January 2,
1948. Regina graduated from Newburgh Free Academy Class of 1966 and
earned her Bachelors degree at Mount St. Mary College. She was employed
at IBM as an Associate Planner for 24 years and was an accountant for
DeLorenzo Financial. Most recently she volunteered thru AARP. Regina was
a member of Saturday Night Cruisers. Regina had a great passion for
animals, crafts, and reading. She spent time donating, fundraising and
raising awareness for pet rescues and especially enjoyed being with her
family and friends. She could be counted on for her extensive memories
of past times. Regina is survived by her brother, Thomas Jannotti and
his wife Margaret Jannotti; nieces Santina Jannotti (Jason Brohm and
their daughter Elleigh) of Maryland, Francesca Ronsini (Chris Bowman),
Roseanne Ronsini (Dominick DeMarco), Katherine Ronsini; nephew
Christopher Bowman Jr.; cousins Timothy Mulvehill (wife Lillian) and
Terry Jannotti Orr, many other cousins, and her two precious dogs,
Parker and Jenny. Regina was predeceased by her husband Robert Taylor
and her brother Richard Jannotti. Visitation will be held from 4-7 p.m.
on Thursday, May 27 at Brooks Funeral Home, 481 Gidney Ave., Newburgh. A
service will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday at the funeral home, with
burial following in St. Charles Cemetery, Gardiner. In lieu of flowers,
