Richard Arnold Schaffer, 89 of Marlboro returned to his Maker on July 2, 2021.
Richard was born to Ethel Scribner-Schaffer and William Schaffer on November 25,
1931. He married the love of his life, Elva Lyndell in 1952. Richard is
predeceased by his wife and sons Robert P. Schaffer and Richard C. Schaffer and
brothers Robert Schaffer, and William Schaffer. Richard is survived by son David
Schaffer, wife Cindy, daughter-in-law Jo Ann Schaffer and grandchildren
Elizabeth Schaffer and husband Robert Henry, Cara Weber and husband Donnie,
Matthew Schaffer, Amy Meyer and husband TJ, and Richard E. Schaffer. Richard had
11 great grandchildren Beau Henry, Haley Henry, Kylie Meyer, Alyssa Weber,
Morgan Schaffer, Abigail Schaffer, Emily Schaffer, Kate Schaffer, Trace Meyer,
Rebecca Schaffer, and Claire Henry. In lieu of flowers the family requests
donations to the Tunnel to Tower Foundation
