He was born in Newburgh, New York on April 18, 1938. Visitation will be held Tuesday, August 31 from 5 to 8 p.m. at Brooks Funeral Home 481 Gidney Ave., Newburgh. Entombment will take place Wednesday, September 1 at 11 a.m. at Cedar Hill Mausoleum.
