Louisa Marie D'Amico entered into eternal rest on Saturday September 12, 2021. She was 35 years young. Louisa was born on September 14, 1985 in Newburgh, NY to her parents Gino D'Amico Karen Melick who she is survived by, along with her 4 children Aiden, Owen, Mia and Sylas; grandmothers Maria DeFranco and Louise Melick, 4 siblings Gino D'Amico, Wiliam D'Amico, Kara Smith and Thomas Smith; 6 nieces and nephews Gino III, Naliyah, Annabelle, Kelsey, Hayley, Chase and Millie; uncle, Michael Melick, cousins Shannon and David Melick, and uncle Vinny and his wife and cousin Dom. She is predeceased by her grandfathers; Clayton Melick and William D'Amico; brother Zachary Cook, and Angelica D'Amico. Louisa, better known to all close to her as "Lou", loved spending time with friends and family, cooking and being a mom. She always had a niche for fashion and wore her style well. She will be greatly missed by many who knew and loved her. Visitation will be held from 4-7pm on Friday September 17, 2021 at Hudson Valley Funeral Home, Inc. 239 Quassaick Avenue (Rte94) New Windsor, NY 12553. Funeral service will be 10:30am Saturday September 18, at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Calvary cemetery New Windsor, NY. Saturday September 12, 2021
