Linda Slaughter - Class of 1967

Linda Slaughter Lodge passed away on Aug. 23, 2021 at Vassar Medical Center. She was 72 years old. Linda was born on Jan. 21, 1949 in Newburgh, N.Y. She is the daughter of Douglas and Jean Slaughter. Linda was a customer service agent at Federal Express. Survivors include her husband, Bill Lodge in Port Ewen, N.Y.; daughters, Nicolle LoGiudice and husband Vincent LoGiudice from Lockport, N.Y., Jennifer and Fred Tampasis, Sue and Jeff Cullen, Tracey Lodge and Chris Schoenfeldt, all from Kingston, N.Y.; and nine grandchildren. Also survived by siblings, James Slaughter, Douglas Slaughter and wife Barbara Slaughter; sister-in-law, Sandra Slaughter; and many nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by both parents and brother William Slaughter. Linda loved harder than anyone and left a feeling of warmth and care for all those she knew. Spending time with family and friends is what made her truly happy. Calling hours will be Thursday from 4 to 7 p.m. at The DiDonato Funeral Home, 1290 Route 9W, Marlboro. Funeral services will take place Friday at 10:30 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Cedar Hill Cemetery, Newburgh.
