Brown, of Poughkeepsie, formerly of the Town of Newburgh, entered into rest on
Tuesday, November, 16, 2021. He was 56. Son of Sandra J. (Ochsen) Brown and the
late Charlie E. Brown, he was born on July 17, 1965 in Newburgh, NY. Eric, a
lifelong area resident, was the retired owner and operator of Cristalbrook
Electric of Wallkill. He was a loving father who loved fishing, golf and
painting. He also bread, raised and showed Rottweilers. Survivors include his
mother of the Town of Newburgh, a son, Zachary C. Brown of Wallkill; three
daughters, Hailee G. Brown, Meridith K. Brown and Mia J. Brown, all of Wallkill;
mother of his children, Angela Eckard Brown; a sister, Kelly Langston and her
husband David of Wallkill; three nieces, Olivia, Claire and Andrea Langston. In
addition to his father, he is predeceased by a nephew, Eric Langston. Private
Cremation has taken place at Cedar Hill Crematory. Memorial Visitation will take
place Wednesday, November 24, 2021 from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm at White, Venuto and
Morrill Funeral and Cremation Service, 188 N. Plank Road, Newburgh, NY 12550. A
Service will follow at 6:00 pm at the Funeral Home with Fr. Fernando Hernandez
officiating. Donations can be made in Eric’s memory to the Children’s Home of
